Urgent deadline approaches - dissolved companies

Motor dealers are reminded of HM Revenue and Customs' previous announcement that in order for any previously dissolved companies to have their VAT repayment claim accepted, the company must be reinstated by 30 September 2009. If you are concerned that you have not yet been informed that your company has been reinstated it is imperative that you contact the solicitors which have been instructed to reinstate the company and subsequently contact us so that we may assess the risk to your claim.
